This Company will assign a member of staff for each department handling our customers’ personal information, and these persons will be responsible for managing this information. At the same time risk will be managed by preventing the leaking, outflow and loss of personal information.

Disclosure to third parties

This Company will not disclose, to a third party, the customer’s personal information unless we have the agreement of that customer or in order to comply with legislation.

Disclosure, amendment and deletion of personal information

If a customer requests the disclosure, amendment or deletion of his/her personal information, this company will first confirm this with that customer by following this company’s prescribed process, after which it will immediately disclose, amend or delete that information.
